ANSWER: We have chat about what you are looking to have carved and also the types of wood and sizing of project. If needed our Carver/Artist will contact you directly to go over the details and pricing. Every custom piece is hand made so the project can take some time. Depending on how busy we are and the amount of detail needed to be carved each project is different. Our carver will esitmate and give you how long he believes it will take.

ANSWER: Most of the Jewelry will be shipped out within 1-2 days. The Tikis and other carvings should go out within 3-5 days depending on if the product needs to be stained or finished. For example a Tiki gets a coat of Sikkens might be 5-6 days depending on if item drys fast.

ANSWER: You can go into your account and the order. If the order has been shipped you can see the tracking in your account. You will also get a "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED" email with tracking information on it.
