Leiomano | Hawaiian Heritage Replica 16"
A beautifully handcrafted Hawaiian Leiomano club featuring shark teeth made of resin. This striking replica of a traditional Polynesian weapon captures the artistry and history of old Hawaii. While the original Leiomano could deliver serious force in battle, today it stands as a remarkable collector’s piece and a work of island craftsmanship.
Each club is carved from a single piece of wood and measures approximately 16 inches in length, with traditional sennit fiber wrapping on the handle.
Leiomano translates to “lei of shark teeth.” These distinctive clubs date back centuries in Hawaiian culture, typically crafted with a wooden body and shark teeth set into carved grooves along the edges. Though primarily used by Hawaiians, similar designs were also found throughout Polynesia, symbols of strength, skill, and cultural heritage.
