This hand-carved Totem showcases the Hawaiian Tiki Gods Kane and Kanaloa. Kane, the first to arrive in Hawai'i, is revered as the Life Giver and holds all life as sacred. He is also the God of agriculture, fish, and procreation, and brings forth various crops such as kalo (taro), 'awa (kava), mai'a (banana), ko (sugarcane), and 'ohe (bamboo). Kanaloa, on the other hand, is the God of Hope and Faith, and is associated with cleansing fresh water, fishing, the ocean, and abundance. 

This totem was hand carved and has a natural finish. Carved with great details and hand oiled before shipping out. Totem measures approximately 20 inches tall. Carved from a single piece of Premium Monkey Pod wood so sizing will vary slightly.
